Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 16, 2026

1. The service

Nakksha provides a private business workspace for architects, interior designers, design studios, and creative consultants. The workspace lets you manage relationships, clients, quotations, invoices, finances, documents, calendar, notifications, and related business activity.

2. Account creation

• You must be 18 or older to create a Nakksha account.
• Accounts are created exclusively through Google Sign-In. We do not store passwords.
• After sign-in, you set a 4-digit workspace PIN. The PIN protects access to your workspace, including on shared devices. You are responsible for keeping the PIN confidential.
• One Google account = one Nakksha workspace.

3. Subscription & pricing

• Free Workspace — free forever, up to 15 active relationships, with all features included.
• Nakksha OS Annual — ₹1,999 per year, inclusive of GST, unlocks unlimited relationships and unlimited usage of all features.
• There are no hidden charges, usage fees, or per-seat fees.

4. Billing

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Nakksha never stores your card details.
• Annual subscriptions are billed up front and renew yearly unless cancelled.
• You can view invoices and manage your subscription from Settings → Billing.

5. Cancellation & refunds

• You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid period continues until its end.
• Refunds for the current billing period may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. Write to admin@nakksha.in.
• You may delete your workspace at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Nakksha to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access another user's workspace or data.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the service as an API to third parties without our written consent.

7. Your data

• You retain full ownership of all data you add to your workspace.
• You can export your data at any time from Settings → Data & Ownership.
• You can permanently delete your workspace using the workspace kill switch.
• How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Nakksha name, logo, software, design, and content are owned by Nakksha. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as intended. You retain all rights to the business data you add to your workspace.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and occasional incidents may temporarily affect the service.

10. Disclaimer & liability

Nakksha is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Nakksha in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated inside the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that endangers other users or our infrastructure.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered place of Nakksha's operations.
